The location is just about 40 minutes from Vienna and 15 minutes from Bratislava and is situated on an island near the Hungarian village of Rajka right behind the Austrian border at the village of Nickelsdorf!


by car:

1.
The shortest way to Spirit Base (about 40 minutes) but you have to pay for the highway in Slowakia: from Vienna take the highway A4 to Budapest / Bratislava. After Bruck an der Leitha take the highway A6 to Bratislava / Kittsee. After Kittsee you take the M15 to Budapest / Rusovce. You will pass 2 boarders. After the boarder out of Slowakia you take the first exit to Rajka. In Rajka drive left in direction to Dunakiliti and you will see the sign to the Festival Island.

2.
for those who dont to pay slowakian highway tax you drive over Nickelsdorf. you take the A4 from Vienna to Budapest. You cross the boarder at Nickelsdorf and take the first exit to Hegyeshalom. In Hegyeshalom you drive left to Rajka and there you take the way to Dunakiliti and you will see the signs to the Festival Island.
