The festival site is situated in the Swedish province of Småland, in the middle of the southern most part of the country. The locations name is “Tyrolen” and is situated nearby the small town of Alvesta in a place called Blädinge.

After two years of planning, the time has finally come for the asssociation "EDM" to proudly introduce - Genesis Festival 2012 -

- Now is time to put little Sweden on the international festivalmap!

-In the Swedish lush countryside, yet again the sound of music and the sight of people dancing will be experienced at the old dance track from the swinging 50´s.
- Collaborating with the nearby community, the opportunity for a true long awaited electronic festival of worldclass has opened up for us!
- We have access to all commoditys needed for a full festival experience.

- Nearby hostel and a campingsite for up to 3000 visistors is sorted.
-On site restaurant & different food shops sporting genuine Swedish food and other vegetarian alternatives. All this for thoose who dont wanna waste time cooking in their camps :)

- Proper guardservice provided by our own trustworthy security team, to guarantee everybodys safety and general wellbeeing ;)
- The site as mentioned , is built around an old dance track used mostly in the 50´s & 60´s
where people used to come in the weekend to dance and enjoy the music of that time.
It contains 2 stages. 1 big open air stage, 1 big semi-openair stage and one relaxarea. The 1st stage is hosting topquality live acts from around the globe, backed up by international & national DJs that will guarantee total satisfaction for your ears!
The clubstage is a collaboration between us at EDM and Swedens finest clubs, each hosting their own lineup throughout the weekend! Guarateed funky and fresh music. ;)
- All stages will be pimped out with the latest and phatest in sound & light and also worldclass deco by Jamin Murphy´s Funktionforms & Sabi.

- We at EDM is looking forward of spending an unforgetable weekend in the Swedish lush green countryside with You all!
